pretty productive week after months of having the car in hibernation lol, threw on the new TE’s, reinstalled my caruse design V2 with some extra precaution so it doesn’t peel, and threw on a EOS mugen-style tailgate spoiler. car is looking solid.

Picked it up from the annual ceramic coat refresh done by The Dent Guys. I hate losing it for 2 days, but the ceramic coating is so worth it! They also fixed a tiny chip in the paint on the fender that drove me crazy.

Finally upgraded from the boring all seasons the si comes with. Yokohama Advan Apex. Huge difference instantly felt. Take corners much better and acceleration feels a bit better since it is able to launch better. Definitely recommend!

Did quite a few different things today. Did my first oil change and got to learn about how my oil filter wrench was literally 1/4” too large to take off the oil filter haha.

Got the car cleaned from the bug-genocide on the highway last night (never have driven through so many bugs). Also got to use many of my new tools today which was wonderful :) I got Kobalt ratchet wrench cause they just felt so good and goodness I love using them.

Installed those upper spoiler winglets.... I'm running out of things to install.... sure something will pop-up... Still people ask. "What kind of car is it?" Suprised when I tell them its a civic

Nice, how was the install? Been looking to get that but have heard mixed things on its fitment.
The install is not easy, the 2 screws on the sides are hard to reach. i fixed it wih a small ratched
and a phllips drill bit. It took me one hour to remove the old one and install the new one.
the overall fitment is very good, the boltpatern is perfect.
If you zoom in my photos you can see its fits nice.
So it is doable without removing the complete rear bumper.
