Curios, what do these cruises consist of? Meet up, drive, go home? Been meaning to make it to one of these for a while, and there’s a slight chance Sunday might just be the time… trying to figure out if it’ll work for me.

I think you can get the jdm set for around $60ish if it’s not the type R set. For whatever reason the type R ones are more expensive. Basically same thing, I think just a tab or something makes the difference.

Tune is something that’s a possibility in the future, not sure exactly when. Wasn’t me. I’m usually on the 14 around 130ish pm on my way to work, and around 230ish am on my way home.

Ok. I didn’t buy this as a commuter, just ended up that way… so at the moment I have lowering springs, wheels, intake, and exhaust. Hoping none of those give me long term issues, but I can see a couple possibly causing some premature wear and tear… debating if I want to revert couple back to stock?

Also… curious with that kind of mileage, have you ran into any issues? What mods do you have, if any?

yeah, I pretty much look at it as at least I’m getting my moneys worth, instead of the car just sitting in the garage.

I can average roughly 39.x miles round trip if I somewhat go easy on the throttle, but my last 2 trips I’m getting low 30s, because, well… it’s more fun 😂

Sucks knowing I’ll be putting close to 30k miles a year on it, but at least I’ll enjoy the drive to/from work, while still getting at least decent gas mileage, depending how I drive.

Don’t worry… I’ll be racking up big miles here real quick. Beginning of last week I was under 12k. Driving it to work 100+ miles daily round trip is gonna fix the “low miles”

I had back up LEDs on my hatch, made a pretty decent difference… never did it to my Si, because I broke a tab when pulling the housing off on my hatch, so I got a lil scared.

Interior LEDs make a HUGE difference!

I can’t remember ever having windshield issues until I’ve had my 10 gens, and I’ve been driving up and down the 14 for 20+ years for work.

Sedan spoiler doesn’t have a gap, while the coupe does.

Oem type R won’t fit on a non Type R I got my hfp lip from here, but you can search part number 08F01-TEA-182 and find best price for you, with shipping or pick up. Can maybe go to your local dealer and they might be able to order for you...
