Generally, a manual driver is the one who looks old. More old people can drive stick than young people. If you want to feel young, drive automatic.
Here a 25-year old tried to carjack an elderly Honda driver loading his walker in the trunk. But he couldn't drive the stick.
Same with a 19-year old wannabe carjacker and a 70-year old stick driving grandma.

I disagree with saying a manual driver looks old. I know some young people who love driving a manual. As a matter of fact my girlfriends son just turned 17 and has been driving his automatic truck but already said he wants me to teach him how to drive my manual because it looks fun. I will be teaching him soon. Automatic is convenient but definitely not as fun as a manual.

How fast does it rev?:hmm:
It’s one of those things you would have to experience in person. When I drive my EX and you floor it, it kinda has a split second of getting going. The 2.0, being that it’s NA, has zero hesitation and feels like a direct link from your foot to the throttle. That’s what makes it so fun. And ever since I added the exhaust, now I get to hear it to! It’s just a blast to drive. I drive the hatchback EX cvt on long trips for the convenience. But yes the EX is faster in the quarter. But the LX manual is more fun. This article kinda describes what I mean: https://www.carscoops.com/2015/10/why-2016-honda-civic-lx-with-manual-is/

This whole judgemental thing about people choosing automatics hit a nerve with me. I had driven manuals for 30 years when my wife became seriously ill. She lost her job and we could only afford one car. We bought an auto because she couldn't drive stick. After she died and my world became nothing but grief, I bought my Civic Turbo/CVT... All I'm saying is the choice of transmission isn't a reason to knock someone. Sometimes it's a choice and sometimes it's circumstance.
