Hey guys, i have a 2018 EX/w sensing and i am getting extremely slow 0-60 times of 10 seconds. The lowest i have ever gotten was i put it in "L" and floored it, getting 9.5 seconds. Its the 2.0L NA-CVT engine. https://www.zeroto60times.com/vehicle-make/honda-0-60-mph-times/ stated that they hit o-60 in 8.3 secs. Why is there such a big difference? Why is mine so slow...?

I don’t know where did you get that 8.3 sec from, but I doubt that a standard 2.0 does it, your times seem much more logical, and not so “extremely low”

Depends on altitude and even temperature. A cold high up place like Denver will significantly hamper the 0-60 time by a few seconds (turbos can help ease performance issues at high altitudes).

My stock 2.0 did the 0-60 run in 8.4, and that was with a terrible launch from a traffic light so 8.3 stock is very doable. 10 sec 0-60 is abnormal, a corolla 1.8 can do it faster. But if your at altitude, then yeah you can expect your 0-60 to be significantly slower. I have a tuned 2.0 now though so I think it would break into the high 7's or low 8's easy.

The OP is from Texas, so yes, his 0-60 time is abysmal. The 2.0 isn't fast but it's certainly not a 10 second 0-60 car.
