Another thing that came to bug me with my civic was the fact that there's only 1 light in the boot and when it's packed up, you can easily block the light (there's always loads of crap in mine).

Yesterday I got to working on retrofitting a second one on the opposite side using donor parts from a 7th gen civic. I placed it in the area above the rear power socket so it illuminates the boot while also making the sockets easier to see too.

The plan was to have it as factory-looking as possible so it uses the full wiring, plugs and light housing from the old civic routed into the factory harness. Also fitted warm white LEDS too.

Do the US cars only have 1 light in there too?

Wanted to see what was the biggest thing you hate about your 10th gen civic ?

I would have to say mine is the double spoiler. I think it looks kinda strange.
Easily, on my 2019 Si, the clutch. The Exedy clutches are literally butt

Clutch bouncing when the car is cold. Wouldn't be an issue in a warmer climate, but when you live in a place where it's cold 7-8 months of the year, it gets so annoying.

Just minor things annoy me about my 2018 Si. No lights on the vanity mirrors, no light in glovebox, no spare tire kit and the trouble of finding a spare tire kit, lol.

Oh, and the glass covers over the fog lights which crack if you breathe on them wrong.

Another minor annoyance is the fuse box location. You have to be a contortionist to see it and determine the fuse number.
I didn't have an issue, I was just tapping in for a hidden garage door opener.

There’s nothing to tie the trunk lid down when you‘re transporting something that sticks out the back of the trunk. I had to loop the twine around the licence plate holders. I guess I could have also looped it around the entire trunk lid, but still. No hooks, nothing.

Only thing i hate is the cloth on the armrests in my sport hatch. They absorb all dust, dirt, water drops, etc. I get dusty and dirty at work and these cloths absorb everything.

Yeah I really hate that cloth. Are you thinking about replacing all of the arm and console rest with leather?

Id like to eventually. It would be a lot easier to clean and nicer looking.

Somehow the rear windows end up opened accidentally when I'm opening/closing the fronts. Very frustrating and it never, ever happened in the other Hondas I've owned. Or any other car for that matter.

No physical controls for some HVAC operations.

Seat and especially door trim fabric is terrible.

The road noise combined with the chintzy radio drives me crazy,I even changed the tires hoping that would help

That it's not a K20a2/z3 lol. The L15b7 seems great but I'll never get past that easy boosted power of a K20/24.... like the saying goes. No replacement for displacement
