If it were me I would absolutely go for the lemon law,keep all docs and communication and time they had it or just contact a lawyer,I’ve used the lemon law twice and got out of the vehicles

i had the original continental tires with 30k on them ,the dealer recommended Goodyear eagle sport a s but I could now feel every imperfection on the road so the dealer replaced them with Bridgestone potentza which are a bit more quite but really makes the car feel sportier imo

You know when I typed in this issue this site came up ,I thought it was just my 17 sport touring hatchback making that howling noise,on some roads it almost hurts my ears,I’m hoping that Honda added more insulation to it’s later models as this is unacceptable hopefully stickier tires will help...
If you can’t drive it which I can understand their position I would say I want to ride along so the kid driving it doesn’t treat it like a rental or follow him if you can .I want to feel good about getting a new car not worrying if someone mistreated it
