17.5k :O for EX with Sensing ?

That's a decent price. ESP with sensing. Barebones would be 19k without sensing maybe 18,500. But with sensing that's another 1200 to 1500. Overall that's good. The price of 18k with sensing is pretty ridiculous. Even a dealer selling 18k ex with no sensing is barely making any profit. That would require a mandatory dealer financing

No one is buying an EX w/Sensing at $17.5 before TTL.

Nope, I don't think so. post #3660 corrects my 10/10 to 18k, with all incentives. Still possible.
Yes, I realize no people are getting 18k, that's why it's 10/10. After all, the deal of the year shouldn't be something that everybody can get.

Post a receipt or copy of someone getting this price full breakdown and location. Until you do I call bull. $18k CVT ex sensing before TTL

I have no such evidence, my 10/10 is theoretical.
However,
I got a 2016 Civic EX w/ Sensing for 18.5k. Tax Tag & Title brought the loan total up to 21k in TN with the absurd tax rate. I feel like it's an acceptable price considering the quality of car I have vs. my 4 year old Chevy Sonic that was about the same OTD price.
-1k for all incentives, it is in theory possible. Yes I know the above is for the 2016, but there is no reason why someone can't get MY 10/10 eventually for the 2017.

I think it is not possible for a 2017 model considering it is launched pretty recently. Possible for a 2016 model maybe.

So $19k before incentives for a EX CVT with sensing ?

No.

No what? You don't think is possible to get 19k for ex with HS eventually in 2017?
The car MSRP is over $23. Before incentives you are at $4k under sticker plus another 1k so 5k. Not to mention it's harder to find a EX Sensing.

19k for ex no HS yes. I got that with aggressive negotiating. 18k for ex on a private mandatory dealer financing.

I am 100% certain no dealer would sell at the price you are mentioning.

Sticker was $29,175
OTD price was $27,193 plus tax, tags, fees and a $500 wheel and tire protection package for the length of the loan (60 months). For anyone who has owned a Honda with 18's in Northern Virginia, you'll understand the need for this. I blew the same tire three times in the span of 18 months on potholes in the Accord and the state refused to compensate me for any of it.

I traded in my 14' Accord Sport, which they gave me $14k for. I financed the remainder at 0.9% ($500 or so for the whole loan) through HFS. Purchased from Autonation Honda of Dulles.

How bad did I get screwed, if at all? The True Car comparison says I did well for my area given that the car is missing nothing. I guess there are some people getting the same thing for $26k and change, but given that they gave me $14k for the Accord despite the interior's condition (I have an evil little toddler) I'm not complaining.

I'm all in for good deals. But if you know you got an absurd deal that will blow people's minds, then put some fucking paperwork on the table boys.

Hey guess what, I bought a Sport Touring hatch yesterday for $1, because my aunt didn't need it. But I don't have any paperwork because I gave my aunt a $1 coin and that was it. So take my word for it please!

I had to have this car ordered(more like located) since the only one available near me the dealer would NOT come down below sticker. My dealership found it on Wednesday and had it ready for pickup on Saturday. According to Truecar their average is $20815, NADA is 20072, so I think I did alright.
