Had my new speakers come in today. After adding sound deadening material into my front doors the other day, I finally replaced the OEM door speakers that come on the Sport trim.

After messing with my stereo EQ/crossover for a little bit I found a very nice balance between the upgraded speakers and my sub that is hidden under my car seat. Overall it's a fantastic upgrade compared to what I was running with previously.

Here’s an old speaker on the left compared to a new RF one to the right.

do you have pics of adding sound deadening? how much of a difference did it make?
Here's my original post. The combination of the sound material + new speakers is wonderful. I followed that video to the letter and it made it very simple to do, all it takes is some time on your part.

Added some sound deadening material to the inside of my front doors. I just went on a quick ride to see if I could notice a difference and I’m happy to say the cabin is more quiet compared to before. I would say they’re about 80% covered each. I also followed this video step by step and it went off without any problems. The material that I used is linked on his video, I got 2 doors worth of material for about 20 bucks off amazon.

Yes! I bought all 4 speakers for under 100 bucks off Crutchfield and the sound material cost about $20 off Amazon.

Recently changed replaced my fog lights with switchbacks and put a blue laminate cover on the fogs. These fog lights have a bad habit of getting hit by rocks. Also changed my fog light cover

Did you vinyl wrap the piece of the bumper between the grill and hood, or is it a stick on piece?

Any night shots with the blue laminx? How rich of a blue is it at night? Looks nice, but I would be worried about cops messing with me with that.
