Spoon springs vs swift springs

Hello!
I was wondering if any of you have had the chance to compare the ride quality between spoon springs and swift springs. I have swift springs installed right now but they’re a little too harsh for my liking and I actually feel like the handling is somewhat worse than stock. The car feels bouncy and uneven on corners when it used to feel composed. I was wondering if the ride quality would improve if I swapped them out for some spoon springs thanks for any insight you may have.

spoon springs are overpriced and ride like oem and have barely any difference from oem heightbarely any ride height difference
