Tune full bolts on, driving style was racing but roll racing, I've never brake boost, but I had a feelings it was gonna blow, these cvt aren't made for racing not even roll racing, my 2009 c300 is way stronger i did multiple brake boost on that thing and still running todayThat’s a shame. What’s the story behind it?
Yeah Honda cvt’s are weak. I wouldn’t tune them if you want longevity. Was it built in the South Carolina plant? I know a few people that work and worked there and they say the quality control is very limited thereIf you are considering going German I'd be careful on some German car models. My dads BMW has engine misfiring and failed injectors.
I am not sure. Possibly. The Ultimate Driving Machine isn't known for long term reliability compared to Japanese Cars in general. I've seen and heard so many Japanese Cars can get over 200K Mileage without any major issues. Too bad for OP's civic though. Was it built in the South Carolina plant?
