Nothing major, went for a nice highway drive. Cleaned up my work 2014 F150 xlt and have been dailying it for a while since it's been long days on sites. It's for sure a reminder of how much of a pleasure it is to drive the 10th gen civic. Also way better mileage :p

Knock off type r badges. Let’s see how long they last lol. And acuity accelerator spacer which was a little tough to install cause my fat ass had to contort to get underneath the dash hahaha. And got the free red Honda valve stem caps. It adds a little to the tire. Should I switch to the black Honda valve stem caps??

Strike one for quality control! that SUCKS
Not a QC issue, but shipping. You can see on the box where it was damaged. So UPS sucks lol. But I’m working with @Kami Speed on a solution. Shoutout to them for being awesome. :headbang:

Looks nice, out of curiosity wondering if same thing happened to you? When I did my rear badge the 2 clips came off of the rear of the original badge and are now flying around inside my trunk lid. So every time I open the trunk I hear what sounds like screws, but I know it’s the 2 clips from the back of the badge. Anyone else have this happen? Easy to get them out?

So funny you say that with the clips rattling in the trunk lid! Cause I thought about that when I was going to install. And sure enough they are in my trunk lid too.

There are those shitty push clips that hold the trunk lid liner, maybe 15 or less. I doubt you’d have to pull all of them, just the ones closest to you when you have the trunk open. A screwdriver with electrical tape on the end or a non-marring pry tool would most likely do the trick without damaging the clips.

I am actually going to try and get them out today. Good luck man!

Ok so there is like 9 clips in total holding the trunk lid liner and they are really easy to get out. With the liner removed, you can see that there are lots of places where the badge clips can fall into. I tried feeling around in every spot I could get my fingers but no luck. Even with me moving the trunk up and down it’s hard to determine where the two badge clips actually are.

I honestly think you’d have to remove the trunk lid to get them out. Which shouldn’t be too hard. There are 4 bolts holding the lid to the brackets and a couple of electrical connectors for the lights.

I installed mine last night. I see that the elbow cover on the harness is on in the picture. I left it on at first, but was worried that it put to much tension on the harness, so I removed it.

My intake cone itself keeps slipping off even when tightening all the way. Have you experienced this at all. I mean it still works but is just loose in the box
