Hey guys, might be a pretty stupid question but where do you guys install your toll tags? I've installed mine and had it replaced twice already since my tag just wouldn't work.

I put mine right under the sensor. Works perfectly fine.

Same here -- below the sensor housing, behind the rearview mirror where I can't see it. Seems to work fine.

OP, where'd you put yours?

I put mine to the left of the sensor housing, behind the rearview mirror. No problems, even w/ a tint strip installed.

I just pay the extra extra fee for "video processing" of my number plates. In my old car I just kept it in the centre console and as I went through a toll I just tossed it onto the dash board.

I installed my Ezpass at the top right corner as the instructions state and haven't run into any issues yet. However I don't have my front windshield tinted.

My transponder sits on the dotted black part of the windshield to the left of the sensor assembly. You can barely see it.

Here is a picture:

I don't see the tint being able to effect your tag. It's not like the tint is a metal that acts as a Faraday Cage.
