Hard to say what causes this. But it does sometimes happen to my car. Not often. I think you will find the car turns off the warning because where it "thought" the collision would take place, you have now traveled beyond that distance and thus it now knows there definitely was no obstruction to...
Actually they didn't paint the interior or exterior of the car. What actually happened you see is, the person purchased a unicorn, and on the ride home it vomited in the car. Once home the unicorn also vomited all over the exterior of the car.
The camera still physically provides a wider view then what the mirror does regardless of what position you have the mirror set to, the camera will always be showing you more.
I have also heard they were discontinuing it as well but like a year ago. It seems Honda went with the camera as it's cheaper then the sensors and light in the mirror. But now them sensors and lights are cheaper so they want to switch over to that.
Pretty sure you can change the setting so it doesn't turn on automatically. But it's just as easy to press the button and turn if off whole your indicating.
Defs 100% prefer the camera.
As you don't have to turn your head, the road is still in your peripheral vision when looking at the screen.
The screen also allows you to give the car behind you more room rather then making them feel like you gave cut them off because your merging in front of...
Very true.
I also find that they allow you to spend more time on just watching other traffic around you.
Like with LKAS on you don't really have to pay 100% attention to how your steering etc. You do some of the, the car some. And overall you can spend more time looking at mirrors and...
Would be awesome if the centre console display showed you a detailed view of What LKAS is doing , a bit like a Tesla.
Would be interesting to see at the least.
Mine works perfectly.
Can eat breakfast and drink coffee while the LKAS drives.
Now it's not very strong at all. And I do drive mostly on flat straight highways with only mild curves.
It will "pinball" between the lines. But you really need to let it go on a safe stretch of road and you...
Your "friend" should be more concerned about the government reading his mind. I'd strongly suggest he wraps his head in Aluminium Foil to prevent the government from getting to his thoughts.
Although if your concerned that your "friend" has given away to the police location of his...
I'm sorry but if you find this statement to be true, please hand in your license and do everyone a favour and get off the roads. If your "distracted" during the day by a light, that mind you isn't even that bright or noticeable, at half a mile away then I don't think you should be driving. Iv...
It's actually about overcast cloudy days, early morning and late afternoon, not requiring the driver to "remember" to turn thier lights on in these situations.
DRLs are a safety feature.
No I'm not saying he's confused about why the camera doesn't work.
I'm saying how ACC and FCMB are not one in the same thing. And thus you can't use FCMB as a method to break the car for you if your too close to a car in front.
I'm just saying. If you want to still be in control of the car you can technically drive with ACC turned on and you can control acceleration. Then as soon as your foot comes off the accelerator ACC will take over. This will either maintain speed or brake.
I'm just pointing out that ACC does...
I think your sort of confusing the different systems. ACC or Adaptive Cruise Control uses the Radar on the front bumper to work out where and how far away an object it. Doesn't really have a thing to do with the camera.
LKAS will keep the car between lines on the road so 100%/ relies on the...
