ECC modules are shit.
Yes, they can work, in a marine application where a steel vessel is in water all the time.
Cars don’t see that type of duty cycle.
ECC devices are easy high profit items in the dealer’s F&I arsenal like dealer installed paint & interior protection and undercoating.
Whatever that guy’s selling should flat out be refused, except maybe extended warranty.

Many study over years about these ECC module say it is bullshit ...

You can't spray yourself anti rust from a spray can where the car need anti rust. You need more specialized tools.
Best is to go on a good shop

I did mine lightly, I have the spray gun and the adapters. Anyone doing his, have to be careful not to spray on rubber parts, specially the rubber seals around doors, some rust proofing material will deteriorate the rubbers and they will sag.
