Yes, going to a lower offset pushes the wheel out further from the vehicle.

Yep. I mean, If you like your wheels, consider 10-15 mm spacers for a flush type look.

I can acquire matching wheels except 9.5wide and 38 offset for pretty cheap

Just waiting to sell my oem or my spare set first. Its just 2 wheels though. So staggered and i can see if i do and how bad i rub in the front lol
