Got my new wheels on:
18x9.5 White Wheel Aodhan AH08 5x4.5 30
245/40ZR18/XL Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S Ultra High Performance
Red perm tire stickers (these are quality, I was hesitant, until I got them on, raised rubber, easy to clean)
I wanted them to poke out slightly, I like the look and having slightly wider tires.
Not lowered yet will be soon.

My air filter after about 10K miles. Seems fine. Vacuumed it out just because I wanted to tinker.

Mine after about 10k, obviously being down lower in the fender will be exposed to a bit more dirt.

Finally gave the car a good wash. Made the mistake of using a new microfiber when using the spray ceramic but the lint came off after a quick drive. Picked up some more E85 today currently reads E20, honestly its really crazy how much different the car feels even just adding that much compared to the E30 it is tuned for.

These are custom Katzkin and they aren’t cheap. The install cost was pretty steep on mine, but I had a bunch of other work done at the same time so not sure how much was leather. I’d estimate at least $1500. I had doors, console plus misc. and back seats done. I also used higher grade furniture leather on parts.
