Honda Civic 10th gen What did you do to your Type R today? 1DA157F7-CCFE-462F-83D8-F013A87FA08F

Switched to J’s Racing Titanium Lugs from Kics Iconix R40 black

Honda Civic 10th gen What did you do to your Type R today? 20F8B83A-4C89-48F0-84EE-1C235050AD79

Adds a bit of color and glows and reflects blue when in the sunlight. J’s lugs are smaller and weigh about 30% of the Iconix so am getting a little unsprung weight savings at each corner.

Keeping the Iconix to swap back to every once in awhile.

had red wheels on my white 17 hatch sport love the look of them.

Did some tinting to the tail lights:

Just used exterior tinting film and knifeless tape.
God that rear diffuser would last about a day around here. How have you not lost it on a driveway?

I had a rock chip from OEM wheels. Rock guards are a good idea.
I haven’t driven mine as much to experience rock chips, but decided to get the rock guards anyway thanks to everyone’s input here.

What did I do? Went to pick up a coffee at a drive thru and through carelessness, curbed my wheel. Pretty pissed off and no one to blame but myself. Crying now :'(

Bummer aldksgo, been there done that, not quite as much damage. Patient progressive finer grit sanding and Bondo fill, along with careful paint matching got back to 95 percent, good enough for show. Within a couple inches you can see something but determining your personal good enough is the hard part. That is second though to getting rid of the pit in your stomach of how could this happen, I’m careful?
Seeing it fixed and forgetting about it heals. I look at as if it ever happens again, I have KSAs (Knowlege, Skill, Ability) and supplies to handle it. Almost inevitable, YouTube has good and also sloppy advice.

Looks like you have a spare now. At least that's what I would do and buy a new one.

Didn’t really “do” anything but just wanted to share this picture. Crazy that my car is one of the cheaper ones in this photo, lol.
