Where did you buy your wing from?
I got it from verus-engineering, I did a pre order from them a couple months ago but email them if you are interested since is not going to show availability on their website. Is a great product.

Replaced the OEM fogs with Morimotos on right.

Output comparison. Morimoto on right. Seems brighter, though I still need to properly aim to verify.

Went with smoked but now they are kinda hard to see  Morimoto fogs also come in yellow.

Just wondering, is that an APR wing?

Bummer aldksgo, been there done that, not quite as much damage. Patient progressive finer grit sanding and Bondo fill, along with careful paint matching got back to 95 percent, good enough for show. Within a couple inches you can see something but determining your personal good enough is the hard part. That is second though to getting rid of the pit in your stomach of how could this happen, I’m careful?
Seeing it fixed and forgetting about it heals. I look at as if it ever happens again, I have KSAs (Knowlege, Skill, Ability) and supplies to handle it. Almost inevitable, YouTube has good and also sloppy advice.
Hey RepyT,

Yeah. I'm pretty upset at myself since it was just complete driver error in a friggin drive thru grabbing a NOT WORTH IT coffee..

I'm planning on getting some quotes at some shops. Do you guys think I'll have any issues if I just throw a winter on there and have it parked until I get the wheel repaired? Obviously they arent the same specs but I won't be driving it around until I'd get the wheel back.

It can be repaired
Saw some videos for repair. Looking around for some shops now hoping it can be restored. Not expecting OEM finish but, it's just so obvious now with the nice LONG silver line of separation between rim and tire.

I've heard that Alloy Wheel Repair on Iber Rd. does pretty good work. I have no idea how much they charge, but $150 - $200 would be my guess for the repair portion of the job. Hopefully they don't charge too much more for the paint matching.

Hey Derek,

Yeah I actually fired off an email to them for a quote. Let's see what they say! Thanks :)

Imagine they radiate blue on the hub when the wheels are in motion.

I purchased a set of FilterMag oil filter magnets.

Both magnet bars do not fit well, due to the narrow clearance between the oil pan and filter, however, one bar fit well at the top. If someone wanted to use both bars, the second bar will grip to the lower base of the filter but with not 100% clamping force.
I was just looking to see if anyone had any recommendation or info on Filtermag. I recently learned about them and really like the idea. But wasn't sure if they had competition or what people experience with them are. It sound like a single one is all that is needed (or fits well).

Also, what about the gearbox FilterMag? Any thoughts on that?
