That’s not true. There’s much better engine response in +R vs comfort mode. Also in +R, it doesn’t prohibit wheel spin as much resulting in quicker acceleration.
By "Engine response" do you mean throttle response? That still doesn't change power output. "Prohibiting wheel spin"(traction control) also doesn't change power output.

I’m not talk about power output. Yes, throttle response, which will make a difference in acceleration time. If you have hondata, then the torque targets Are different between comfort and +r from what I recall.

Have you any idea of how much hp and torque your making?
Since it's a cvt without paddle shifters I couldn't get an accurate read off the dyno, but they give me and estimate around 250-260 at the wheels and around 240 wtq, could be more could be less
