Going from the dimensions yes it's the same as what I used.

Anyone know if this could work? Almost the same concept as the sandwich plate from MAPerformance oil cooler

No doesn't work .MAP performance isnt exactly 90 degrees and curves down for extra clearance .I think this would still give clearance issues.

Hey,

Did you ever measure the capability of putting a T fitting in where the OEM switch is? it seems like a prime candidate for a nice oil temp sensor.

I bought a oil flex line and I'm making a T piece to install the oil pressure sensor.
There isn't a lot of room in there and I'm waiting for my next oil change to see if I could install it.It should be possible ,but I'm not 100% sure yet.

if the engine has an OEM oil pressure sensor why can't we just read the data?
That pressure sensor just measures a certain amount of pressure .If it gets below a certain value the oil light comes on.

It's not really a sensor, more of just a switch. Once oil pressure is below a certain threshold the electrical circuit closes and the oil pressure light illuminates on the dash.
