I put on the phearable tune running 22psi now. My car has 13k miles on it and have got on it a few times. I noticed last night I hit about 60% throttle at 3500rpms in 4th gear and it seemed like the clutch slipped. Tried it again today seemed similar but I didn't want to push it.

Weird thing is at full throttle it doesn't seem to slip at all, am I crazy?

You're not crazy. 3500 rpm is right in the meat of the torque on these motors especially with a tune. You can get most available torque and boost at just part throttle, so be careful of torque spikes as it is the sudden hit of torque that causes slip.

It’ll make more boost at 60-90% throttle than it will at WOT

Partial Throttle Full Boost (PTFB) is a well known condition to many turbocharged engines. Google is your friend. PTFB is not.
Thanks for that info I'll look into it.
