I found this online from Cusco. Very interesting.

"Brake Cylinder Stopper, designed to stablize the brake master cylinder. Upon hard braking, the sheet metal of the firewall to which the brake master cylinder is attached to, flexes immensely from hydraulic pressure and applied human pedal force. Works effectively with factory brake systems and or upgraded units. This modification will effectively result with improved brake feel and quicker pedal response."

Will the brake brace be as simple and direct to install as the tower ends are? I can't see if there's already a bolt there to connect with like the main supports

Check out this very unique feature we are working on for the bar. No other FTSB has anything like this. Option for a brake brace.

That’s just too good. Any testing done with the master cylinder brace yet? Any tangible improvement in pedal feel? Cant wait for this to release.

That is an interesting question regarding testing.

Given Cusco's stout triangulated brace cost around $100 and mount inline on flat of body sheet metal. So its sheer strength is great for rigid triangulated support.

Now, couple of questions:

How would 27WON's FSTB primary function, as well as both strut towers be affected, while a side load is added from brake master movement, during hard braking?

Brake master contact from the new brace is only by tension, would the side load spring effect on the FSTB induce any NVH?

TIA

I'll do one better and say by September 22, the last day of summer.
Actually, wouldn't that be the first day of Fall?:)

any eta and price
ETA is looking like early Fall. Price will land this bar on the premium-end.

A heads up if you are not subscribed to the newsletter I highly suggest making sure you are. Parts drop there first.
