I heard from Vincent and KTuner there is a calibration in the works but no idea on ETA. I was a newsletter customer so I went straight to a custom MAF rescale.

Took the top off to double check the filter is still attached. Came across this crack...was that always there or did something go wrong?

I went down to 27won this past weekend to pick up and have an intake installed. Seems like it’s well known around here but I’ll briefly add that the 27won team is top notch, Vincent is one of the best people I’ve dealt with in a variety of environments and their parts reflect his attention to detail, expectation of quality, and drive for performance. Looking forward to more interactions with them.

Anyway, I have a 2020 si which I threw a prl stage 1 intake in before I learned about 27won. The design of the 27won intake checked many boxes for me. While I am a fan of the prl stage 1 for the price point and value, after spending a weekend with this intake on, it’s a clear upgrade and well worth the money.

I don’t feel the car choking for air like the stock intake would at times when getting on it, and it seems to do pretty well against heat, although it has been cooler here in Vegas which has been nice as well. The sounds are great too, I could hear the blow off more with just the prl drop in filter but its much more audible with the 27won. The butt dyno says it added some powa as well.

Long story short, I couldn’t be happier with it.

Pull the filter and see if it goes the whole way through. Hard to tell, but it could just be superficial molding marks.

CARB is a California thing. It is not legal to use in California if it is not Certified by CARB. Vincent from 27WON has been considering getting it CARB Legal since 2018 but it looks like not much has progressed.

Our filters come from KN, can check with them if its an issue but does not look like it went through.

I haven't seen anyone post pictures of the blue CVT sensor rubbing, so here's what it looks like on mine. Has there been a definitive fix for this other than heat forming a depression in the snorkel? I bought my CAI back in May this year if there were any hardware changes later on.

Not sure. Didn't seem like 27WON really acknowledged it was an issue and haven't seen anything about a redesign.
