Hi I have a 2019 LX and was looking for economical (cheap) upgrade options to replace the stock wheels. What can I get that I don't need to have the suspension changed etc. I would love to have 18 inch size with a smaller profile than stock but not sure if you can just swap out and put new a new set without having issues. Or better to get 16's and use the current tires? Any advice is appreciated. I have looked at Tire Rack for Example

Just want something else because the wheels with hubcaps are the worst o_O

The Platinum wheels you linked would work fine but they weigh almost 28 pounds which is very heavy.

Something like 18x8 and +40 to +50 offset would give you a close to stock fit.

On the other hand, consider a 17" wheel with 215/50-17's. They'd be lighter and cheaper than 18" wheels and tires and still a big improvement over 16" steel wheels.

That's a nice looking wheel you linked. Gtman gave good advice so nothing more from me.

Save up for top-quality rims. If there's anything that you have to invest when it comes to your vehicle, these are wheels and tires. I recently ordered a set of American Racing AR904 rims on 4wheelonline and it's the best decision that I have ever made. I've had a bad experience with cheap quality wheels.

Factory Coupe/Sedan Si or Hatchback Sport wheels will fit without any issues.
I sold my '18 Sport wheels to a local guy with a LX Civic Sedan.
He mounted them the same afternoon, and sent me a couple pictures.

These look great - the tire height looks shorter or are those stock from you?

+ 1

I installed Advan Racing lll, yes pricy, but you get a lot of benefits (~5% gas saving, acceleration improved, better handling/cornering, better quality, etc.)

If you’re using stock tires with lightweight rims you’ll definitely have more improvements especially in gas mileage.

I did use wider and stickier tires despite having a lightweight rim that resulted to a 2-3 mpg drop from the stock tires.

Those are the stock Continental ContiProContact from the factory, 235/40/R18.
When I went with the new wheels, I went for a new set of UHP tires as well, so the stock wheel + tires came out as one.
