Car feels GREAT after this easy upgrade. I had stock + K&N, now I have PRL Stage 1 + aFe and while it is by no means scientific, it feels a little more smooth overall, I'm chalking that up to getting all I can out of the Stage 1 tune now. Midrange feels great but 2nd gear surprised me and I hit the rev limiter and was not expecting it to arrive so quickly. 3rd gear just pulls really, really well now. It was fine before but it feels like it's not only a little stronger, but that it keeps pulling harder and harder all the way up.

Three thumsb up @PRL Motorsports!

Yes I thought the car felt a little smoother too but didn’t mention thinking it was a placebo. Guess not. Cool!

Just installed my PRL intake tube. Super easy, fit is almost perfect. Already had a K&N filter so the tube was a great upgrade for unrestricted airflow.

Any increased noise from tube install?

For those with eventuri it will not fit, unless you trim 2" off.
The PRL hose looks fantastic, but the Eventuri connection removes the corrugated section so I'm not sure it's even necessary. But again, it does look good as one piece.

Nothing to do with looks lol...eventuri owners (2 so far) have complained stating they had to trim it. I'm just sharing so they are aware.

Yeah I’m still on the fence on weather I will trim the tube to use it with the Eventuri or just sell my PRL tube with a K&N drop in filter that I have

yeah, they should have tested it first before assuming it would fit, lol. If you sell it, it will sell quick. I would have went with this option if I hadn't bought the aFe intake already

I really don't see how this is possible and it's 99.9% a placebo..but I swear my exhaust sounds just a litttttle different. It either has more burble or a little more bass or something. I am a musician with a super sensitive ear so I tend to pick up on very small differences. Anyway-it's probably just me but I'm happy whatever it is.
