Hmmm, my order confirmed at 1:34am on the 18th shows order number 11673. That seems to be in conflict with the above. I guess I'm out where I originally thought I made the cut. Poo :-(
200 miles in I had been experiencing chronic light crunching and significant resistance going from near to gear. I swapped out the trans fluid for a fresh batch of Honda MTF and immediately the symptoms went away. It's been butter ever since.
My Rv6 catless DP hardly changed the sound of both the OEM and an aftermarket exhaust. Not sure what you mean by "breaking in the downpipe" as it has no moving parts but I left off my turbo heat shield because the blanket covered it adequately. I did however reuse the down pipe heat shield no...
This is an excellent exhaust. It's super light weight (lighter than OEM), simple in design, of excellent quality, and doesn't drone at all - at any speed. It's actually quite quiet in the cabin until you load the engine, then the volume comes way up over OEM. Under 3,000 rpm its noise is on...
I settled on the Spec L for a few reasons. I felt like with the smaller diameter tubing (still bigger than OEM), it would be quieter than the 3" units, yet offer a sportier sound and look. For me, it accomplishes both very nicely. Regarding other exhausts offering "more flow" or "less...
@PRL Motorsports, many of understand how these things go and are patiently awaiting your good work. Thanks for all you do and for keeping us in the loop along the way.

I'm asking this in all sincerity. How are y'all making...
Used my dagy for the first time today;
Hondata
Rv6 catless dp
PRL Intercooler
PRL stage 1 intake
K&N drop in
HKS Spec L exhaust
... how the heck do y'all launch this thing to get those 1.9 60' times??
I'd encourage ya to avoid any attempt at removing swirls without a DA. It's just not practical on a large scale.
If you don't want to correct, fill instead. The results will be shorter lived but it's much easier, takes a lot less time, and can still level the paint to some extent. Wash with...
I know... just trying to help answer the man's question & manage expectations. If one wants it nice, ones going to need to take steps.
To me, the R's look like crap in the showroom. They're already swirled to death with plenty of rids you'd need to remove half the clear to chase out. I got...
