Planning to purchase a NEW 2018 LX CVT sedan later this summer and would like to replace the steel wheels with a nice, conservative looking 16" alloy. I would appreciate some suggestions and pictures!

If you want to go aftermarket I recommend looking at 17" wheels. Not that many options from many manufacturers for 16".

I'd find some Si or sport hatch wheels. I've seen them go fairly cheap with all most new tires.

I went for the following alloy wheels with my OEM all season tires.
Last winter was brutal in Calgary AB, my all season lasted 2 winters and almost halfway through 3rd. I purchased my Michelin X-ice on a good deal and wanted 16 inch alloys for summers. Now I can swap wheels without the hassle of any change in lug nuts.
I purchased the alloy rims from the dealership and they put the Honda logo onto it.

10th gen civics are already pretty low, so i'm thinking going for 18's to replace the 16 inch directional looking wheels on my EX would look good. I'm interested in the sport or SI wheels as an option so if anyone knows any good deals on them let me know.

You think these cars are lowo_O When I look at mine I see a monster truck lol:rofl: Im dropping mine 1.6 inches D2 Springs.
Lol I mean compared to the previous gen civic this looks lower. I'm definitely still throwing some lowering springs on here once I get wheels. Nothing beats fenders perfectly flush with the wheels kind of look.

Can SI wheel fit a 2016 civic LX? Though SI's suspension was designed differently? Looking at buying a 2016 LX civic, but most only put on 18" wheels and not 19". I assume the SI civic wheels are 19" here.

i'd recommend 18's if you're upgrading and can afford it but at minimum at least go up to 17's. Anything Enkei always gets my vote for wheels. I myself am waiting for my 18" draco's to be in stock so i can get those installed on my EX Hatch.

The one thing I can say is I replaced my 16’s with 18’s and was afraid it might affect my ride quality but it actually didn’t change it at all. Feels pretty much the same. I just got better traction since they are wider and a more high performance tire. The ride quality will depend on the tires themselves. So don’t be afraid to go bigger if you want
