Updated front/rear bumper garnish

I have a 2019 Si Sedan and I really like the 2020 facelift bumper garnishes. I know that the 2020 Si front bumper garnish are a direct fit but what about the rear? Has anyone replaced the rear bumper garnishes or retrofit it for the Si sedan?

Good luck trying to find those garnishes. I've been calling all the places for the last 2 months and no one has it in stock and they dont have an ETA when honda will send them any. I'm hella pissed about it because thats the one thing I can't stand the most on the 2017-2019 Si's is the front and rear garnishes. The 2020's look so much better.

I bought the front one for my 2017 Civic Si but I found that the local dealership sells em for same price so just going to pick up the rears locally.

can you please give me some installation advice For the rear. I know I'll remove stock then most likely I’ll cut in to bumper to make that square section fit in. Is that about right?

You have the 2017 right? I unfortunately have the 2019 and it was a direct swap with no cutting. But right behind the garnish on the rear, there are 2 philips head screw you have to remove. Once you remove the garnish, it is very straight forward the section you have to cut. I hope it goes well.

I did the same thing. I just ordered the radar cover and I have to wait another week but the front was super easy. The only hard part was the push clip on the bottom but it was very easy.

Yes, you'll cut out your bumper to match the garnish inserts. It's very straightforward and easy. You cut a hole with a box cutter or razor blade or something sharp. Just cut a matching hole to make the indented section of the garnish fit. You don't need to cut out the whole garnish outline, just the section where the garnish won't fit until you make a hole. The bumper cuts like butter with a sharp blade.

I ordered mine from HondaPartsFlorida.com but they all are basically the same part site selling OEM parts but in different locations. College hills Honda is in Atlanta and HondaPartsHQ is in Utah but they all have the same website just in different locations. If that make sense lol.

You should let me retrofit your headlights and paint them red and black to go with you theme.
By retrofit I mean change the projectors.
