I have a set of stock retrofit, the projectors are called D2S 5.0 (3 inch lens) if you want to look them up; for sale or a set of oem led headlights that came off of my Type R

This retrofit was done on a OE set of headlights but...
^^^ best advice right here.
Aftermarket bumpers look great but require some modification. If it was me Iād stay stock because I could always find replacement parts.

These are the Morimoto civic headlights as you probably know
I love those dlr's
Question is if I gut them out and put them into my retrofit will it get in the way of the projector?

Just found out yesterday that the morimoto civic headlights were discontinued. What a bummer.

That morimoto are very under performing especially for the price.

Can you tell me why you went with that specific ballast? Are you using a harness? Have you used any other projectors? I'd like to do another retrofit in the future and would like your recommendations. Thanks.
