Anybody made a switch from Swift springs to the RSR's? Im starting to find the Swift's very stiff and wanted to go for something a little softer.

You can try to find a LE ADS. I have read that the LE dampening is better suited for the Swift springs.

Quicker than doing springs again.

I've tried it and it made it more stiffer to my liking

You should give it some more wheel time. That's the initial 'feel' but if you full send yourself over some bumpier areas in R mode, you will see it's actually smoother because it's doing the adjustments so much faster. I thought i would maybe change out of the LE at some point, now it's not even on the menu. Every setting is better from Comfort to R.
