Shipping spacer blocks never removed

Anyone else have any issues with their spacer blocks never being removed? I have the PDI check sheet and it was marked off, but sure enough I started hearing creaking 200 miles in, threw it on a lift and found spacer blocks wedged and running against the wheel well. Should I do anything as far as contacting the dealer? I just cut them off and kept one for evidence, but took pictures.

I would let them know for sure, I dont think theyd do much except say sorry, but hey they might throw you a few oil changes on the house for the mishap. Or you should atleast make them.

No clue Only noticed the blocks cause it made a creaking sound.
