My son learned how to drive a manual on my G37 with a stage-2 clutch. I think the abuse carried over to his Si and now it needs a new clutch. I would like as close to OEM without the fragility and it seems the ACT HD Street Clutch Kit w/ Sprung Disc is a good bet. Any other clutch kits I should consider before buying? Thanks all.

RV6 Type R Retrofit. There is another company doing a Type R retrofit as well that is new to the market, I think it is Action clutch.

I have the Rv6 one, allows you to run any type R clutch in your Si. So far it’s been great, 32k miles on mine.

RV6 type R retrofit flywheel + stage 0 exedy is pretty darn close to stock feel. Pedal is slightly heavier and the grab is a little more pronounced, but not much. As the name suggests the clutch is for a 2.0 type R turbo so it can handle a lot more abuse than the OEM.
