your current car isnt a car, its a boat. its big and weighs more than tess holiday. like tess, its also ugly. whenever i think muscle car, the first thing that comes to mind is a dude with a mullet pulling up to his trailer home. now with that being said, yes its a fast boat - i get that.

.
Way to go Dude !! Great social skills in the forum. You will go far with an attitude like that.

OP was asking for advice on his new Honda, not for someone to disrespect him and his past choice of cars @!@

That's pretty stereotypical and possibly racist
triggered much?

hmm if you are an american and old enough to remember society in the 80s and early 90s, you would know that ppl of different races sported the mullet. unfortunately, that style affecte multiple different groups.

also, what 1 specific race of ppl live in trailer homes? i ask because, from my observations over the 38 years of my life, I have literally seen every race of ppl live in trailers/trailer parks.

maybe you are the racist one?

wanted an Si for a while but took two other routes instead of the Civ. One was a 17 Accord Sport, which I loved, it the CVT was awful. I traded that in on a muscle car. Iā€™ve had that car for over a year and while it is ridiculously fun to drive, itā€™s rarely driven due to parking issues, rain, gas guzzler... so, I pay a decent monthly payment but donā€™t ever really get to enjoy it. So Iā€™m finding myself poking back at an Si.

I found an 18 leftover sedan in Aegean (same as my old 03 TL-S when I bought it new). Price is $22,800. No taxes as my trade is worth significantly more and I have thousands in equity.

So... opinions on the price? Another dealer offered me $22,106 but there arenā€™t any to dealer trade.

Appointment tomorrow to drive it and have my car appraised.
That's a good price. I got mine for $22K, minus tax and license of course

You don't have to be White to have a mullet, although I don't recall ever seeing a non-White with one

392 Chargers are all A8ā€™s... Iā€™m not really interested in much else at the moment. I need to drive it before making any further decisions

Another option is to just sell it and drive my 05 Civic

Back on topic, $22.8 is too much for an '18 IMO when '19s can be had for less than $1000 more. $22 flat might be OK if you don't mind not having a volume knob.

You canā€™t say anything these days without offending somebody!! People loosing their whole lives over such stupid crap.

If they wonā€™t go lower and thereā€™s nothing else around, Iā€™d say itā€™s a good deal. They always deal better in person. If itā€™s only a grand or so less than the ā€˜19, get the ā€˜19. The lack of volume knob, and even more so, the lack of fan buttons, bothers me to no end!! As far as the boat, I personally have always love small and nimble cars. The Si is not fast but is quick and itā€™s power you can actually fully use on the street w/o killing yourself all while getting crazy good gas mileage.
