If I buy a civic from dealer A, can I get my car serviced for warranty-related defects @ dealer B/C?

I found a decent deal on an EXL at a dealer that's 40 miles from me. I have like 3 other dealerships that are within 10 miles of me.

Do you know if the dealers closer to me would have their service centers work with me for warranty-related issues (e.g. hood fitting problems, deck not responding properly, a dent on the hood that was already there).

Warranty problems, yes. A PDI problem--the dent--no. The dealer who sold it owns those.
