I've seen the salusy exhaust tips so far but everyone says they touch the bumper. Anyone know if there's anything out there that's similar with a bit more of a drop? I have an ex and i think it's awful they hid the exhaust on it, but the luxury features were more important than having the sport exhaust and 5hp so i'm just trying to see if there's anything else out there.

Actually I have the Salusy ones and they are easily positioned NOT to hit the bumper. Not even close.

Edit: I see you have a hatch. Maybe they fit differently.

I just received a set of Salusy tips for my 19 EX sedan. I discovered that these tips are constructed of 2.5" diameter piping that too easily slides over my stock exhaust pipe.

So....they are WWWayyy to large to properly fit, leaving a large gap with too much free play to snugly tighten them to the exhaust pipe.

They're getting returned.

That's odd. I tried many different aftermarket tips and the Salusy ones were there only ones that fit snug. You need to play with positioning them a bit and then tighten both sides. Mine feel like they're welded on.

I guess your only option is to buy the perfect fit $133 OEM Thailand tips.

Go to an exhaust shop they'll probably weld tips on for 20-50

That's what I plan on doing.

I'm wondering if the Salusy ones I received are for a different car--which is why they don't fit. (Chinese package with no labelling...other than the postal sticker.)
Anyway, I had researched the Salusy tips prior to ordering and even viewed a couple of videos showing how to twist and wiggle them into position.

The ones I received simply push on and pull off with no effort, so they are too large for the 19 Civic EX application. More importantly, tightening the 2 set screws (there should be 4....but I digress) positions the tips on an awkward angle, leaving a big gap between tailpipe and tip pipe.

Encounter a couple of good roadway bumps and they'll simply fall off....

Still very odd because I can't imagine Honda changed the exhaust piping on the 19 refresh. And I'm sure you've seen reviews, including mine, that mention how tight they go on, even with just the two set screws and lock nuts.

You're putting them on wrong.

Yup. I got out the old leather gloves preparing to twist and wiggle these things on. Suprised the hell out of me when they just pushed on with a slight twist motion.

They actually go on relatively easy but once positioned correctly, it's amazing how tight they get... and stay on. They have to have some initial play due to the curved pipe shape. Remember too, these aren't OEM so there is some trial and error with fitment. I tried two other aftermarket brands and the Salusy's fit worlds better.

Gave up.
Had stock tailpipes cut off and new ones welded on. Added rolled edge tips.

Now straight back from muffler to end of tip.

If anyone still thinking about getting exhaust tips, just take it to a muffler shop and have them weld on new ones.
