Looking to get a sport diffuser for an ex and I came across this picture. Anyone know where to get one or what they’re called. Talking about the area where the exhaust tip normally is but it’s covered.

I believe it's a UK spec part for the Type-R Sportline over there. I just spent like 20 min googling and couldn't find shit lol.
Perhaps @stephenmeadows could pop in and help the guy out?
