Can't tell you anything without a residual. You could be paying all that and the car could be worth 18k or 10k at lease end.

Never leased but base on the Honda's (Canada) build page, this comes out to $337.

Eww, 5 year lease? Ask for the no BS cash discount. You should at least get 1k off MSRP on anything that isn't a hatchback. More on Touring models. That is a good baseline in Ontario. Shop around.
