Car stuck on Software Update

Can't seem to get it to just get to the basic headunit screen, not sure what's going on here.
It's been working fine for a while now and I was just changing lanes then this came up and won't go away, can't do anything on the headunit, if i try any of the options shown nothing happens.

reboot by powering down.. save the pic.. go to your dealership and show them the pic and tell them to do the latest software update.

Tried it, doesnt do anything.
Tried turning off the car for a period of time and starting it back up and it still pops up to this screen, is there a way to hard reset the headunit without having to touch the battery?

I held it down for a long time, more than 10 seconds at one point and it does nothing, I'm at a loss as to what to do now.

My car is still stuck on that screen, I can't access anything on the head unit.

It is a touch screen, why don't press Reboot ?

Android bootloaders usually don't respond to touch which is why I suggested a USB keyboard, and the OP said he can't access anything.
