I have a 2020 sport 1.5
I have don't after market exhaust, injen intake, Bomba blow off value. And a stage 2 tune. What else should I do. Other than cam shaft, intercooler, and down pipe? I'm pushing around 222 horse power

Get rid of the injen intake and blow off valve. Get a better clutch then either get a flex fuel kit and tune or go for a w1 turbo with a tune. Aftermarket cams for the L15 is not really a thing still, so scratch that off your list.

Please get rid of the BOV, and the Injen just like FK7_ said. Both of those are robbing you power and doing more harm to your motor than good. There aren't cams for the L15s right now AFAIK, downpipe is a great option, and intercooler is good over there in Texas for sure. If you're manual, clutch is great idea again from FK7_, but if you're CVT that doesn't apply. What tune are you running? Phearable 1.5, TSP, custom tune?

So you were custom tuned then, who did your tune? What are you estimating power wise?

As has been mentioned, Injen intakes tend to throw off fuel trims. Aftermarket BOVs aren't recommended on this platform. The ecu expects the recirculation.

Intercooler would be a good upgrade, downpipe adds a little power. If you are wanting to open the engine and mess with internals, the rods might be something to look at upgrading.

Very confusing info, OP.

Custom "Stage 2" tune. BOV. Injen intake. Tuned at 222 hp.

I output more than that with a Phearable 1.5R OTS tune on a near stock setup.

I'm also curious who tuned this.

And like others have said, get rid of the BOV. Curious what your fuel trims look like as well.

So if you have a trim lower than an SI I know the exhaust cams are different. The SI has a larger lobe for the high pressure fuel pump. Also brain Crowler will regrind the cams to give it a more aggressive lobe but you won’t see any noticeable power increase.

How do you know that? Different dyno's read differently...

The only upgrade cam you can possibly be switching to is the Si intake cam along with the Si HPFP

As long as we're resurrecting a dead thread you can replace the injen for a oem intake and get rid of the bov for the biggest bang for your buck as far as power gains go. 222 is not really stage 2 territory, a true stage 2 would be flex fuel, hood dump or sp, intercooler, drop in turbo, and going catless.
