wear out too fast?

My front tires were absolutely worn out after only 18,000 miles on it. And, "no", I don't hammer it all the time.

No. I have to admit that I did not. But, I still would have expected more than 18,000 miles. And, to tell the truth, I probably should have replaced them a few months back.

tire pressure can affect tire life,

how often are you checking this?

i check mine at least once a week, even if your tires dont leak, the pressure can vary as outside temperatures change,

when your front tires are wore faster then the rears, swap the fronts and rears
