Thanks. But, Not for me. My headlights are always on auto (I never change them) and only rarely do the headlights come on when I unlock from the key fob.
Thanks for the suggestions. But, I think I need to follow up because the answers are not addressing the issue.
This happens totally at random. It is not consistent at night or any other time. My headlights are always on automatic. And, I don't have remote start. I have a basic model...
Thanks. I put my headlights on "Auto" when I bought the car and have never taken them off.
So, if the lights are always supossed to go on when I remote unlock while headlights are on automatic, maybe there is something wrong. Because it truly is random.
Sometimes, rarely, my headlights come on when I unlock my civic with the remote.
They come on, and stay on, until I get in the car. I think its a good idea, at night especially.
But, my issue is that it only happens once in a while and so randomly that I haven't figured out any rhyme or...

Does anyone know how to get a new one?

My front tires were absolutely worn out after only 18,000 miles on it. And, "no", I don't hammer it all the time.

Yikes. I know that hurt. Saw this type of injury at a reputable shop near me. Insurance paid for it. Was about $290.00 for the bumper cover; $120.00 for the paint; and, $370.00 for labor.
Tough pill to swallow. But, you just got the car. Fix it and enjoy your new car looking like a new...
