Not sure which car you have but fog light fuses are in the engine bay. If you open fuse box and look behind the cover it’ll tell you which is the fog light fuse. Also do fog lights still work? If they do it’s probably another fuse.
Your physical key doesn’t work probably because the rod is detached I had the same problem. pretty simple fix. Start at 44 seconds into this video. Take out that lock, line it up the rod then put it back in.

Definitely it is normal. Try idling your car when oil temp is normal you’ll get around 600 rpm and car shakes too without ac running. Not sure what your concerned about all cars do this.
