Used Si prices....

Me too, if I’d kept the Sport hatch it would have 104k miles on it by now and I’d be stuck with it in this car market.

Sold my 2019 pwp si coupe(21k miles) for over 24200 a few weeks ago. Not bad considering I paid 23k for it and used it for 2 years, with 3 track events. Now I'm sitting on the money since I work from home. Not a good idea to buy another car right now as prices are insane.

Mods don't increase value, and a modified car is worth less than a stock one. So your price sounds right.

I hope you learned a valuable lesson from this. Cars are not an investment and mods greatly affect(lower) value. Stock it out and try again somewhere else.

No one wants to buy someone else’s build.
It also has a perception of the car being ran hard if it’s modded. Majority of people are not like us and do not want to modify a car. They want to buy and drive it. Just the way it goes.

NGL, I'm parting out my CTR this weekend and Carvana is paying more for the car than I paid 2.5 years ago.

Point is, keep those stock parts, return to stock, and sell your parts for maximum returns.
