Chill CTR guys!
I don’t care for your death threats!

I did the mode switch mod just because I like it over a button and I don’t see too many people that did it, so I gave it a shot.

Shout out to Ryan Phong for the part numbers! Thanks Bro

oh and I got my hands on a Raceseng Slammer and flipping love it!

Switch looks great. Did you shorten the shifter height? Looks short in the picture.

It’s the 2020 CTR shifter. No short shift. I’m glad I did not do that too. Would have been way too low.
Thanks Man

Correct part number but no the Si wiring is a 4 pin and the Type R is a 5 pin.
Some wiring most take place and pin connectors added. It was slightly tricky to figure out.

He has the switch wired correctly to work as the previous button did.

It still functions between Sport and Comfort just not R obviously.
so if you toggle the “Comfort” switch down, it activates sport mode? Is that right? Do you mind sharing how you wired that up?

also… is the “+R” logo debossed in the switch? Or is it just a sticker / painted on?

It works just the same as the Sport button yes!
I will put together a how-to soon. Gotta reverse install it with pics.
The R tags is pretty heavily embossed on it yes. Removing it may be tricky.
