I am a software dev and I absolutely loath so much of todays' garbage that devs and UI designers do.
My current one is that when using bluetooth and google maps you CANNOT turn off pausing the bluetooth when the GPS wants to talk, even if you tell it to use the phone's speaker for GPS talking...
ah this dreaded thing. I had that problem with the old windows 10 phhone I used to play music (until it stopped pairing)
Its called headphone safety or some crap like that. Look for that in the settings. You may not be able to disable it completely.
Android doesn't do this :) (yet probably)
Stock airboxes are almost always annoying as hell to use. I remember the one on my old RX8....hated that thing SO MUCH or like the one on my old MR2 stuck in the truck behind panels.
Maybe that setting that tries to keep the volume at reasonable levels depending on noise is back on? forget what that is called but it can adjust levels if you have windows open/closed/lots of ambient noise thing.
I absolutely HATE the brake assist thing. My brain cannot let go of the car is supposed to roll back as I quickly do the pedal shuffle. I really do think it makes it more difficult to get started, always feel like I need to rev the crap out of the car when it goes on.
Just pick a different tire. Don'y get summer performance tires if you want them to last.
There are some quality "High performance" all seasons that work very well for a DD and will still work under spirited driving that you get a lot more life out of them.
Smaller wheels aren't going to stop...
my only issues are the same as past honda MTs I've had, just being a clunky mess with certain gears. 4th lockout with this car happens A LOT for no particular reason. 3rd is a notchy mess. Had the same issues with my 2016 CR-Z.
Picked these up today. Had a set of TR motorsport wheels in grey that had winter tires on them. Got them SUPER cheap a few years ago and never used them. Pull off snow tires, sold them, took the wheels to get professionally powdered coated in bronze. Was cheaper than a new set of wheels.
now to...
this is what I had to do with my last set. it made me so mad the squeal was horrendous. Dealt with it for a year. Went back to stop tech pads and squeal is gone.
Glad they assumed younwere doing it fornthe track.
Track time diesnt even compare to normal driving.
Used to track MR2s and RX8s, never had a problem with lug nuts coming loose and i was usuing oem wheels and lugs
