Iāll make this simple.
If you canāt afford to tune it, live without it or go into serious financial debt because of its repair, DO NOT tune it!
Hondas got lots of lawyers and they will win.
I recommend it as well

Once they're smoking, youāre likely good.
I have done this on 4 brake jobs and it has always worked. Butā¦. Do youāre thing!
Nah Part it out is overplayed. Itās 2024. Iām a new man!
I got a lot of hate mail for the āpart it outā scene. Now Iām more supportive and positive. š
Iām gonna guess youāre pulling aboutā¦ā¦ā¦ 7,000 horsepower !
But seriously, build what you want. Build for the power you can achieve on your budget.
No one here can tell the difference between 250 and 300 HP. Dont let anyone fool ya.
If it feels fast to you, its fast!
Most anyone here that is...
Agreed with all of these! Howeverā¦.. before my motor blew, I had a stretch of time on the stock block where I would get to 1.18 knock at high rpm and after running hard.
I asked around and ultimately went to ask DRob. He mentioned that if you āeverā go above and 1.0, you likely have a bent rod...
Fuck around and find out I guess ??
Itās video and advisable in court not to mention an omission. Do what all these YouTube car guys do, put in a disclaimer, blur the MPH and suggest, āthis was filmed in Mexico.ā
Butā¦ā¦depends on the state, county, department and officer. Discretion is a bitch!
Smarten up people! This is a coupe. They don't make them anymore and it's a 6-speed. A few more years and you wont be able to get one of these. They will be collectors! In 10 years they will be worth $100,000. :)
Ok... ok.... that may be be inflated. But not by much, I'm betting! ;) Huge profits...
I canāt comment on MAPs block but this far, in most of our experiences, the balancing cost is wasteful. The OEM cranks are quite balanced.
If we were running over 10,000 rpm, we may have issues but I have never read about anyone doing this that saw any sort of gain.
