Hi, I recently encountered a problem with my 2016 touring coupe. It all started with the infotainment rebooting itself intermittently. Then any type of audio wouldn’t play. The worst part is I noticed that all of my tail lights had stopped working. Can anyone educate me on what I could possibly do or what could’ve happened?

Something shorted, you’re screwed.

Fuse died. Easy fix.

Water damage, also not an easy fix.

Aftermarket windshield? Do you notice wind noise/whistling while driving?

update: I was able to locate the fuse and changed it. The fuse didn’t look damaged upon checking but I ended up replacing it instead and it worked!
Thank you all for helping!!

this may sound a little nuts, but if you pop the hood and unplug the ecu then plug it back it that might fix things. I've had weird glitches so I just do that and it seems to solve things
