Swapping Stock Halogens with Touring LEDs

Hello CivicX brain trust!

Please excuse me if this has been answered on the forums before, but after searching, I could not find a clear answer.

For context, I drive a 2021 FK7. I am looking to swap out the stock headlamps equipped with halogen bulbs with the touring model LED headlamps (33100-TBA-A23 and 33150-TBA-A23). Can these be installed as a drop-in replacement? I've seen folks around the web mention that a conversion harness may be required in order to avoid and flickering/warning lights.

If this is the case, can somebody here point me in the direction of the harnesses I can buy?

They can be installed but you need a different harness. They sell non oem plug and play ones. Go that route.

Thanks for the information. Do you have any recommendations for a third party headlamp? It seems that over the years, there have been fewer and fewer options.

I have morimoto and have no issues. But they are pricey and a version 2 is pending release.
