So I've had my civic si for a year and a half now and about 24,000 miles. I get the oil changed at the dealership everytime, I have a basic +6psi tune from the Hondata Carb on my car. Everything was normal until a few days ago when the forest fires started and the ash was flying in the air, idk if that might be the cause but every few startups I do on my car now, it has like a really sickly sounding startup, like almost dead quiet like the car is choking and then the car starts up. Does anyone know what the problem could possibly be? I changed my air filter about 5 k miles ago. Oil was recently changed about 1 k mile ago. Not sure if it's my starter or battery going bad or something. Thanks in advance.
