I'm into cornering and handling so I'm looking at either Michelin Pilot Sports or Goodyear eagle sports. Just haven't decided whether I want the speed rating to be "H" or "V". The V tire would handle better but wear out faster. Also it might ride a little harder.
I bet you won't notice the difference between H and V rated tires in everyday use.

My 2017 Hatch came with the Continental Pro Contact tires and I am incredibly impressed with how smooth and quiet they are. I will probably stick with these tires for the life of the car!

Nokian eNTYRE 2.0

Super Quiet, Excellent Grip in Wet, Low rolling resistance, from the inventor of the winter tire.

Cons:
Somewhat expensive,
Not sold online,
Exclusive distributors network.

Nokians are so quiet, even my Winter Set of Nokians Haka R2 are quieter than the Firestone FT140 that came on the Honda.

Mine came with Pirelli PZERO NERO GT. Haven't had any issues with it.
